Released on Rhythm of Sickness Records in 1998.
Freshly repressed Snailhouse album from 1998 by this former singer/guitarist of the Wooden Stars, Julie Doiron collaborator, and all around super talent and nice guy Michael Feuerstack. He is currently on tour (dates below) with Kepler as his back up band (and with Mike as a member of Kepler), the shows here were intimate and special in a way sadly uncommon. “The beauty of this album by Snailhouse is that is it both musically challenging - quiet, tight guitars weave among piano, bass, drums, and trombones - and lyrically rich. The result is a gorgeous, moody, occasionally heartbreaking recording that begs for headphone listening.”-Eye Weekly. “Songs of unimaginable beauty, Feuerstack presents nothing less than perfection. California is Always Waiting" is the best song Brian Wilson never wrote. And for that, Snailhouse deserves at least your first born.”-Ottawa X-Press.
