Combining the intricate beauty of his first LP with bite, honesty, wry, and raw emotion, Owen (aka Mike Kinsella) turns his most heartfelt songwriting to-date. To record No Good For No One Now, Mike moved back home to his mom's house and converted his old bedroom into a recording studio. During the recording, Mike decided that the cover image should be a print that hung in his mom's house during his childhood. As it turns out, the painting is by a German artist named Charlot Byi, who's figurines and artwork from the 1940's and 1950's are highly collectable today.
